Zobeya uses the information available on your profile and your activity on the platform to help you discover relevant people. You can browse profiles, like people you’re interested in, and pass on those who aren’t right for you. When two members show mutual interest, they can match and start getting to know each other.

Getting started is simple. Create your Zobeya account, complete your profile, add photos, and tell us a little about yourself and what you’re looking for. You can then start discovering profiles, like people you’re interested in, and build mutual matches. Once you match, you can start messaging and getting to know each other.

You can delete your Zobeya account from your account settings. Go to your Profile, open Settings, select the account management or deletion option, and follow the instructions to permanently delete your account. If you have an active paid subscription, make sure to cancel your subscription before deleting your account to prevent future renewals. If you have trouble deleting your account, please contact Zobeya Support for assistance.

VIP status is available through Zobeya’s Premium+ Membership. Premium+ is currently $19.99 USD per month and includes 2,500 Welcome Credits and 80 Daily Credits, along with any additional Premium+ benefits available on the platform. You can upgrade to Premium+ from the Membership or upgrade section of your Zobeya account.

Yes. Where the delete option is available, you can remove messages, photos, videos, voice messages, and other media you have sent through Zobeya. Please keep in mind that another member may already have viewed or saved content before it is deleted. For your privacy and safety, avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information through messages.

The blue checkmark shows that a member has successfully completed Zobeya’s profile verification process. Verified members display a blue checkmark on their profile, match cards, and in conversations, helping other members identify verified profiles. Verification can also increase profile visibility and priority in Discover. A blue checkmark confirms that the profile has completed Zobeya’s verification process, but it does not guarantee a member’s intentions, behavior, or compatibility.

You may request access to personal data associated with your Zobeya account, subject to applicable privacy laws and our data retention policies. If you need a copy of information associated with your account or conversations, please contact Zobeya Support. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Your current Credit balance is displayed within your Zobeya account. Your available Credits will update as you receive Daily Credits or use Credits for features such as Likes, voice messages, and video calls.

Go to your Zobeya profile and select the option to edit your profile. From there, you can update available information such as your photos, bio, interests, dating preferences, and other profile details. Keeping your profile complete and up to date can help you find more relevant matches.

If profile visibility controls are available on your account, you can manage them through your Zobeya account or privacy settings. Hiding your profile may prevent it from appearing to other members in Discover while allowing you to keep your account. You can return to your settings to make your profile visible again.

Your account information can be found within your Zobeya profile or account settings. If you cannot locate your account ID and need it for a support request, contact Zobeya Support and we can help identify your account after completing any necessary verification.

You can manage your matches and conversations directly from your Zobeya messages or matches area. You can choose which conversations to continue and use the available options to manage, block, or report members when necessary.

When video calling is available with a member, open your conversation with that person and select the video call option. Starting a video call currently costs 20 Credits. Make sure you have enough Credits available before starting the call.

Zobeya’s Community Guidelines are designed to keep the platform respectful, authentic, and safe. Members must treat others with respect and must not engage in harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, scams, spam, exploitation, or other harmful or deceptive behavior. Sexual content or other content that violates our policies is also prohibited. Accounts that violate our rules may be restricted, suspended, or permanently removed.

Zobeya combines profile verification, reporting and blocking tools, community standards, and account moderation to help create a safer dating environment. Members are encouraged to report suspicious, abusive, deceptive, or inappropriate behavior. While we take measures to improve safety, no online platform can guarantee the identity, intentions, or behavior of every member, so always use good judgment when interacting with someone new.

Stop communicating with the member and report the account to Zobeya as soon as possible. Never send money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, banking information, passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive financial information to someone you meet through Zobeya. You can also block the member to prevent further contact. If you have already sent money or shared financial information, contact your bank or payment provider immediately. Any refund or reimbursement request will be handled in accordance with Zobeya’s applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Take your time getting to know someone and keep early conversations on Zobeya whenever possible. Never share passwords, verification codes, banking details, or other sensitive information, and never send money to someone you have only met online. Be cautious if someone pressures you to move quickly, asks for financial help, or provides inconsistent information. If you decide to meet in person, meet in a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own transportation, and leave if you feel uncomfortable. Report and block any member whose behavior seems suspicious, abusive, or unsafe.
