Who is responsible for your information?

Zobeya is operated by ZOLTECS INVESTMENT LIMITED (UK company number 16132334), through ZOLTECS INVESTMENT LIMITED UK Filial (Swedish organisation number 516413-7894). UK registered office: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Swedish business correspondence: Nordanbygatan 31, 722 23 Västerås, Sweden. For privacy requests, contact info@zobeya.com and identify your Zobeya account. Do not send passwords or identification documents by ordinary email.

Information we process

We process your name, email address or phone number, date of birth, password hash, verification status, settings, profile photos and biography, location and discovery preferences. Depending on the features you use, we also process interests, optional work and study details, languages, relationship goals, likes, matches, messages, shared media, gifts, call participants, status and duration, blocks and reports. Payment and subscription records include selected products, balances, transaction references and payment status. Stripe handles payment-card processing. We also process session, device, connection and security information needed to operate the service.

Why we process information

We use information to provide the service you request: create and secure accounts, verify contact details, show profiles, apply discovery preferences, deliver messages and calls, and process purchases. We also use information for support, fraud and abuse prevention, service reliability, and applicable legal and accounting obligations. Our ordinary legal grounds are performance of our agreement with you, legal obligations and legitimate interests in security and service improvement. Optional marketing cookies require your consent. You can use the service without accepting marketing cookies.

Your profile and sensitive information

Dating preferences and information you choose to share can reveal sexual orientation, religion, health or other sensitive characteristics. Only include information you want to share with the intended audience. Optional sensitive information is used for the features and visibility you choose; you can remove or change it through your profile or contact us. We do not send profile details, dating preferences, conversations or sensitive interests to the Meta pixel. Discovery recommendations do not guarantee compatibility or a relationship. A paid membership badge is not proof of identity.

What other members can see

Profile information and photos made available for discovery can be shown to other members according to your settings. Messages and media are delivered to the people you communicate with. Recipients may save or copy material you share. Use the available photo-visibility, block and report controls. Avoid sharing financial details, identity documents or information you do not want recipients to retain.

Providers and connectivity

one.com supplies hosting infrastructure and outgoing email delivery. Twilio Verify supplies phone-number verification and receives the phone number and verification-related information. Calls currently use browser WebRTC, a server-operated TURN relay and Google STUN servers for connection discovery; these services process network connection information. Stripe processes payments. Browser push services deliver notifications when you permit them. GitHub is used for source-code management; customer profiles and conversations are not intentionally uploaded to the code repository. When you choose a translated language, Google Website Translator may process rendered page text and technical information, including on signed-in pages. Use the English version if you do not want to use that translation service. Providers may process information in different countries according to their service arrangements.

Cookies, storage and advertising choices

Essential session cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security and interface preferences. The marketing-cookie choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and can be changed using Cookie settings. If you accept marketing cookies, the Meta pixel may load on the public homepage to measure PageView activity. Meta receives technical information such as IP address, browser details and the public page address, and may associate activity with its services. We disable automatic advanced matching and automatic event configuration. The pixel is excluded from signed-in pages, profiles, chats, login, registration and checkout; no customer lists or server-side Conversions API integration is enabled by this setup. Rejecting or withdrawing consent prevents subsequent pixel loading. Withdrawal cannot retract information already sent. You can also clear cookies through your browser. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent this marketing integration from loading.

First-party service measurement

Our internal conversion reporting measures page visits, engagement, sign-ups and successful purchases. It can include an account identifier, pseudonymous session key, page category, broad device type, campaign source, event time and country supplied by the hosting proxy. The conversion-events table does not store raw IP addresses, full browsing URLs or conversation contents. This does not mean operational server logs contain no connection information. This reporting skips recognized automated audits and requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

Other disclosures and international processing

Access may be necessary for authorised support, moderation, security and technical operations, and for providers performing those functions. We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate abuse and protect people or the service. Some suppliers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK. Applicable contractual safeguards and provider arrangements govern those transfers. Contact info@zobeya.com for information about the safeguards relevant to your request.

Retention and account deletion

We keep account and service information for as long as needed to provide your account and the purposes described here. Retention also depends on transaction and accounting requirements, security investigations, disputes and legal obligations. Deleting your account disables it and provides a 14-day restoration period; eligible account records are then subject to scheduled removal. Associated records, operational logs and backups may remain where needed for those purposes or until their replacement or expiry. Copies retained independently by message recipients are outside our account-deletion process. Contact us for a request concerning particular information.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can edit available profile details, change notification choices, block or report members and request account deletion through your account tools. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or a portable copy, and withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent. Email info@zobeya.com; we may need proportionate identity verification. You can complain to Sweden's Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se), the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or your relevant local authority. If you request a review of our response, contact the same email and explain the issue.

Adults, security and policy changes

Zobeya is for adults aged 18 and over. Contact info@zobeya.com if you believe a child is using it. We use password hashing, authenticated access and role-based application controls; no online service can guarantee absolute security. We update the date on this page when the policy changes. Check this page for the current wording; contact us if you have questions.
